Today I really had to talk myself into going and doing my 2 miles. I decided to go to the gym which was all most empty. I did it in 30:48 with a 15.23 pace. My right leg was hurting me and I really didn't want to be on the treadmill. I had to talk myself into finishing it since I didn't even have my music to keep my mind away from the miles.
Miles for week 2: 12 miles.

You are doing really good at your consistency! Way to go!
Good for you to just do it, even when you didn't feel like it! I can relate - those are the hardest runs but I think ultimately they are the ones you benefit the most from, physically AND mentally!
