Today it was raining and cold which made it harder for me to get up and workout. I waited till the afternoon and went up to the gym to do my 3 miles on the treadmill. I ended up doing 3.16 in 46.37minutes and my pace was a 14.38. I usually end up starting and stopping the treadmill a couple of times since the stop button is not at a good place on the handle. I did this once which I didn't even count the.20 miles that I stopped at.

Yeah, that pesky stop button! Those could cause someone to have a tantrum! :)

Also, I just noticed that you had four solid consistent runs this week! Awesome!
Great job dragging yourself to the gym. You have been doing really well sticking to the new plan. Your pace seems to be picking up a bit, too.
Those stop buttons really suck. I heard you made it out the door early today (Tues) - good for you!
