I hadn't had time to renegotiate getting up early on Tuesdays to get my miles in but I did get up early this morning. It was hard to get out of a nice warm bed and put on my workout clothes knowing that it was cold outside. I made it out the door by 6:15 and finished my 2 miles by 6:50. I was slower since my left leg was cramping up.
