Monday's workout

My trainer is moving to Colorado this week so I only have 2 sessions left and then I start working out with a new trainer. Today I got to the gym early and did 10 minutes on the bicycle. That is one cardio machine that I don't use a whole lot. Then after that it was time for my session with my trainer.
We worked on shoulders, arms and then did some ab exercises. For some reason all the weights felt very heavy today. I don't know if that was due to me being tired or if I just felt weak today.
Wednesday is my last training session with Ben and then after that it will be somebody new. Hopefully it will be one that will push me like Ben does.

That's too bad your trainer is moving, you had been with him for a long time. Hopefully the new person will be great, too!
