Gym Day


I decided to go up to the gym and use the treadmill and then do some weights. I hopped on the treadmill and decided to do the 5k loop setting. I turned on my ipod and started walking for 2 minutes and running for 3 minutes but then decided to run for a certain time and walk for a few minutes. I continued on with this for the duration of the program. I did 3.21 miles in 45.03 minutes with a 14.38 pace. After I was done I went and used some of the weight machines which afterwards I was thinking that wasn't very smart considering that I have a training session tomorrow afternoon.
