Sorry Guys I haven't been blogging this week.
Monday
Had a training session with Billy. We worked on arms and core. I was tired by the time my session was over. We did lots of different exercises. I did a few minutes on the eliptical and bicycle.
Wednesday
Training session again. We worked on legs(least favorite . Wall squats and lots of lunges and then we worked on hamstrings. Then afterward I headed up to the treadmill and did 1 mile on it.
Saturday
A friend of mine asked me a couple weeks ago if I would like to sign up for Lite the Night Walk and be on her team. I headed to Frisco to the Dr. Pepper Ballpark to meet up with everyone and take a group photo. Then we all got a balloon with a light in it but they were using new lights this year so some of them didn't work (we made sure that all the kids got a balloon that the light worked). At 7 they started the walk. We walked around the Dr.Pepper Stadium which was very cool. The walk was 2 miles.
