Monday Training Session

I had gotten up to the gym early before my training session to do cardio. I did 20 minutes on the elliptical machine for 1.28 miles. Then had my training session with Mark. We did upper body (chest,back,shoulders,triceps,biceps) and then finished up with ab exercises.Then when I was done with my session I went up and finished up my cardio. I did another 25 minutes on the elliptical machine for 1.76 miles.

Total Miles: 3.04 miles
