Second Training Session

So I got to the gym a little early and went up and walked on the treadmill for 5 minutes thinking that may help my legs not feel so sore which it worked a little bit. Today we worked on upper body shoulders, triceps, biceps and abs. I got through two circuits before my time was up. On a couple of exercises he didn't have me use the same machines which was nice. We finished up the session doing ab exercises, plank, superman, crunches. He also said that he would like me to be doing more cardio like 7 days a week but then he said more like 5 days a week for 30 to 45 minutes when I didn't have a training session and 20-25 minutes when I had a training session. I guess I had a look on my face because then he said you can even break it up into two sessions of cardio. So after the training session I headed upstairs and did 20 minutes on the elliptical machine.
I schedule two more sessions next week.

Good for you for getting back to the gym!

He must be a really good trainer, sounds like he knows what he is talking about. Five days of cardio would really jump start your metabolism - it's the same principle as in Body for Life, revving it up every 24 hours.
