This week has been a busy week but not too busy to not workout. On Wednesday was cardio day for me so I went up to the gym in the evening and was able to get a treadmill not to close to the squeaky treadmill. I was feeling kind of sluggish so I hit the manual button and pushed in 35 minutes. I decided to go ahead and walk for 3 minutes and run for 2 minutes to see how it felt. It was a little tough since my legs were still sore from Tuesday's workout with Mark On my last minute of running I put the speed up to 4.9 and actually did it. I ended up with 37 minutes for 2.33 miles with an average pace of 15:47.
Thursday: I had a training session with Mark which we did back, shoulders, triceps, biceps and then we ran out of time so I had to do abs by myself and cardio as well. Mark suggested some exercises to do for abs and how many to do for a set. So I decided to get the cardio done with before doing the abs. I got on the treadmill and punched in 40 minutes in the manual setting and walked 3 minutes at 3.4 and ran 2 minutes at 4.2 and my last minute I ran at 4.8 speed. I ended up doing 42 minutes for 2.58 miles with an average pace of 16:12

Good getting your workouts in - once you get in the habit, you will find a way to fit it in even in the busiest week, because you just won't want to miss it!
