Last Sunday- my mom and I started using Jillian Michael's Hot Bod in a Box which is very hard but felt like it was a good workout.
Tuesday- Training session with Carl did lower body and some upper body and 30 minutes of cardio.
Wednesday- I went up and did treadmill finished a 5k in 42 minutes so felt good about that but was very tired from starting back to work so walked for 5 minutes and then I ran for 2 minutes and then walked for a couple of minutes and run for 2 minutes.
Thursday- Training Session with Carl upper body with some ab work and 30 minutes of cardio.
Saturday- I did an hour on the elliptical.
I'm trying to get back on a schedule so that I can still workout 6 days a week but will take 5 days. I will have to see how next week goes since I start school as well.
