Tuesday Training

I tried a new trainer out on Tuesday. I went up to the gym and had a really good workout, it was upper body. He had me on some machines that I hadn't ever used before. He had me use the pull up machine and didn't know if I could do the machine. I hadn't used that machine since I had broken my wrist so was kind of leery to use the machine but tried it and did three sets of 12 so was very proud about. I also liked that he had me do core work as well. I set up two more training session for next week with him.
After the training session I went up and did cardio. I have moved onto the third week which is run 4 minutes and walk 5 minutes and repeat this four times with a 5 minute warm up and cool down. Towards the end I had to rest a couple of times during the 4 minute running part but I think part of that was my brain telling me that I can't do this so will see when I do this the next time.
