...When I signed up for the 2008 Disney Half Marathon with my mom and three sisters! This was my training blog leading up to this event. Since I enjoyed blogging about my training sessions I thought I would just keep on blogging.

Thursday -Another Training Session
My mom and I went up to the gym together we both had training sessions but at different times hers was after mine. Today was leg day. I did leg extensions, squats, one leg lunges, calf raises, step ups when my time was up my legs were feeling a little wobbly. Then it was cardio time, so I headed upstairs to the treadmills and did my walk run program. The firs couple of running times my legs were feeling a little tired.
