I was looking at the Jan/Feb. issue of Women's Running Magazine and found a walk/run program in it. There were a couple of other programs as well. So I decided to start this program.
On Sunday I went up to the gym with my mom and picked out a treadmill since some of the treadmills at the gym squeak the whole time you are on it. I started out with 5 minutes warm up and then 5 minutes walking and 2 minutes running. I did this four times.
Monday- I had a training session with Mark and did lower body, and core workout. Some of the lower body exercises were squats, lunges, step ups, more squats, wall squats with the ball. no cardio today.
Tuesday- cardio treadmill. I did the running program. Somewhere along the workout I was trying to figure out the time with walking for 5 minutes and running for 2.
Wednesday- training session with Mark did upper body, shoulders, triceps, biceps, back, and of course core bicycles, flutter kicks, crunches, plank, and then finished up with squats but was using a medicine ball and throwing it against the wall as I was coming up from the squat and then catching it as I was going into the squat. Then I went and did 7 minutes on the treadmill(my legs cramped up) and then went and finished up on the bike.
Thursday- didn't workout
Friday- I got to the gym before my training session and did my cardio and the running program. It seems like after the third running segment that my legs feel heavier and that I want to stop but talk myself into hanging on for a couple of more minutes. Then today was lower body workout. Started out with ball squats then did single leg lunges then did bicycle then did the squat with the medicine ball from Wednesday's workout and then did a couple of other leg exercises and then finished up with some ab. exercises crunches, bicycle (for a minute), leg raises and then another one of the squat with medicine ball.
I have also finally gotten my Nike+ sensor to work so am excited about that since now I will be able to track my walk/run sessions and then will be able to see on Nike+.

Wow! Sounds like you were jamming this week - good job! And I know what you mean about the squeaky treadmills - hate that!
