Jillian Workout Card #8

This card was a lot of upper body and some lower body.
The first circuit was dumbbell presses, dumbbell flys on the body ball with crunches, dropsies( where you are standing on a bench and and you drop your leg down but not touchy the ground), jump squats and then jump rope for 2 minutes ( I only lasted a minute).
The second circuit close grip push ups, frog push ups suppose to do 10 reps but could only do 5 , bench dips, and one leg squats
Third Circuit pike push up ( I was able to do all 10 reps.) static lunges with lateral shoulder presses, side lunges with shoulder raises, jump rope for 2 minutes ( only did a minute)
Fourth circuit sumo squats with tricep extension, tricep kickbacks, ball crunches, boat pose (only could do it for 30 seconds)
Fifth circuit chair pose, extended plank suppose to do for 1 minute but could only do for 5 minutes, side plank hold for 1 minute could only hold for 10 minute, mountain climbers for a minute ( and could only do it for 10 minutes) bicycle crunches 100 repetitions,
Then we did jumps on a step I was able to do 10 and then raised it and did 10 more and then did side jumps and was able to do 10 of those.
