Transform Yourself Workout Program Week 2


The first four weeks are the same as the first week. I was able to do each exercise. Today I figured out how to do the tricep exercise using the low pulley and I didn't use a weight for the three sets because it was just to hard. I did try to use 15 pounds to do the cable tricep push back.
